Unhidden fees:

Over-sized items, such as pianos, large appliances, ultra large televisions, large china cabinets, safes, grandfather clocks and pool tables, cannot be simply transported on a hand truck and increase a possibility of injury to our movers. The fee to move such an item will depend on its size, weight and specific layouts of the pickup and delivery locations.

Stairs: first flight of stairs with no elevator access is free of charge; each additional flight is subject to a fee.

Travel fee is based on the distance between our headquaters and your pickup and drop-off locations.

Packing: blanket protection of your furniture, three rolls of tape and shrink wrapping of one 3-seater sofa are included with every move. Fragile items and items of high value that require special treatment and crating to ensure their safe delivery will be charged for supplies and materials used for protection (bubble wrap, carton etc). Such items include but not limited to marble, granite, china cabinets, display cabinets/showcases, and mirrors. This is an effort to protect your items' safety and survival during the move - we are very appreciative of full disclosure and delivering the proper protection required.

We accept all types of credit and debit card payments including American Express. Credit/debit card processing surcharge applies only when cash payment is not available. We do not accept personal and business checks on any types of moves.

Please note promotions and discounts are not available on certain dates and weekend moves (includes Groupon, Living Social and any other on-line or local listing promotions).
